Below are the steps on how to enroll your child with us...
2) Enrollment Forms
Enrollment forms can be found on the Enrollment page. Forms must be completed in their entirety.
3) Immunization Record
Current Certificate of Immunization must be submitted with completed enrollment forms.
4) Tuition and Registration Fees
The registration fee to enroll your child with us is $65.00. Contact us to find out specific tuition fees for your child. (ABC Vouchers are excepted).
